Ethos Baja began with a belief that caring for ourselves, one another, and the land can change what is possible. We have carried that belief through years of building. Now we are close enough to see the place come to life, and this is the moment when the right people can make all the difference.
We are inviting 27 more founders to make a $100,000 commitment and help us open Ethos Baja. This is the last opportunity to enter this story as a founding member, while your participation is needed most.
We are looking for people who recognize something of themselves in this vision: builders, healers, artists, entrepreneurs, and generous souls who want their success to serve more than themselves.
The place
A lighthouse for humanity.
In Valle de Guadalupe, about 90 minutes from San Diego, Ethos Baja is becoming a sanctuary for transformational experiences, genuine connection, and service. Its first chapter opens with a restrained footprint of 30 rooms on more than 350 acres of land, with spaces for wellness, gathering, food, and reflection.
The land, the architecture, and the people create the setting. What happens here can reach far beyond it.
We have already preserved 350 acres of sacred land in a region that has been part of Kumiai life for millennia. As Ethos Baja opens, our next goal is to secure another 650 acres, growing this sanctuary to 1,000 acres. Protecting this landscape will help keep Northern Baja’s hills, habitats, and open spaces breathing for generations to come.
